Nice to be a part of this group. After speaking with Ann, I very much appreciate the SPONY mission and believe that keeping everyone as informed as possible about the quickly-changing rules/landscape involved in NYC RE ownership is an important and necessary goal.

More than anything else, I would like to be a resource for folks who are looking for some help understanding how certain things can affect their property/decision-making, so feel free to reach out with any questions you have and I will be happy to look into whatever it is without there being any form of obligation whatsoever. I tend to specialize in more nuanced or new systems e.g. RS rules, the effects City of Yes will have, tax implications (1031s/DSTs170 Bargain Sales), etc, but I'm always learning on my own as well and look forward to helping how I can.
