Local Law 152 specifically requires that NYC building owners have their building Gas Piping System (GPS) periodically inspected by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber Company every 4 years based on Community District location.
ADDITIONALLY, buildings without a Gas Piping System must also certify that the building DOES NOT have gas piping OR has gas piping but does not currently have gas service.
The 1st Four year cycle ended 12/31/2023 and the 2nd Four year cycle began 01/01/2024.
