Hi, I'm Spencer Merlis, I'm the owner and property manager at Corbel. We serve only small buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn and cultivate close relationships with our owners and boards. We offer a free first month with no commitment, a month to month contract (or longer terms if desired) and have flexible services and pricing to adapt to the specific needs and budgets of small buildings.

I have a background in residential construction and nonprofit management and began working for myself in property management because of the satisfaction and fulfillment I found in managing my own properties.
