Local Law 152 specifically requires that NYC building owners have their building Gas Piping System (GPS) periodically inspected by a NYC Licensed Master Plumber Company every 4 years based on Community District Location.
ADDITIONALLY, buildings without a Gas Piping System must certify, through a Registered Design Professional or Licensed Master Plumber, that the building DOES NOT have gas piping.
The 1st 4 year cycle ends 12/31/2023 and the 2nd 4 year cycle begins 01/01/2024.
